Changes

The website for the Washington County Bar Association has been changed to make communication easier and more efficient.
You will notice that you need to login to the site to see most of the information.
The login process is simple and only takes a few minutes. This allows us some security while still allowing general use of the site by the public.

  • At the left, you see the Login form. If you have or have been given a user name and password, just enter them. If not, you must register.
  • Click on the "Create an Account" and follow the screen prompts.
  • After you have completed all of the required information, click on Register at the bottom of the page. An email will be sent to the address that you entered (check your spam folder if you can't find it right away).
  • There will be a validation link in your email. Click on that and you should be registered.
  • At any time, you can change your information by going to "Your Details"(you won't see this link until you register) in the main menu. You will have basic privileges. If you want to author, just email us and we'll make it happen.

If you are a member of the bar, you should already have authorship priviledges using the login information that will be provided to you..
One of the most important changes to the site is that users can have the ability to add information to the site themselves. Committee chairs, event organizers or anyone else who has a reason to get information disseminated in the legal community can do it themselves...easily.
Use the site, look around. If you have suggestions, we are very interested in hearing them.
